Germany, Lithuania and Japan sign “Berlin Declaration”

Things are moving forward:

Last week, the German Federal Minister for Digital and Transport Affairs, Dr. Volker Wissing, Lithuania’s Minister for Transport and Communications, Marius Skuodis, and Japan’s Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Economy, Trade and Industry, Taku Ishii, signed a “Berlin Declaration” for the ramp-up of eFuels (“green” synthetic fuels)!

An important signal that was made as part of the “International E-Fuels Dialogue 2024” in Berlin!Clear demands were formulated:

  • Openly sharing knowledge and experience
  • Advancing research and development
  • Promoting the development of production facilities
  • Stimulating private investment
  • Driving forward the expansion of renewable energies
  • Internationally uniform standards and rules
Wissing emphasized this once again:
