Can eFuels make an equivalent contribution to CO2-neutral mobility – just like electromobility?
Of course YES!
This is precisely why we at the eFuels Forum welcome the latest signals sent by the German government in connection with the auto summit – especially with regard to a new technological openness towards combustion engines and the use of modern, synthetic fuels.
What is important now is a clear signal from the government to Brussels: in a swift next step, eFuels should finally be recognized as an equivalent contribution to CO2-neutral mobility and the ban on combustion engines should be lifted from 2035.
