BMW stops building electric Minis in Oxford

Do German car manufacturers really still fully trust in electromobility?

Apparently not. Because according to Automobil Produktion, BMW recently halted the planned construction of electric Mini Coopers in Oxford.

“This is unavoidable due to the unclear development of the market situation,” a spokesperson confirmed to Automobil Produktion.

It is a good thing that all diesel vehicles can already be operated with up to 90% CO2 reduction using renewable fuels such as eFuels and HVO.
So there is no reason to maintain the existing EU combustion ban from 2035!
