Stop the end of the combustion engine? Even parties such as the CDU and CSU now seem to want to correct their past misjudgements and, according to the Bild newspaper, are initiating an “election campaign against (the) end of combustion engines” two weeks before the important European elections (9 June). https://www.%2Finland% A very good sign that insight and common sense are apparently coming after all!
Recently, however, the SPD and the Greens have once again spoken out clearly against the combustion engine – especially in cars. The focus here will be solely on electromobility. The FDP, on the other hand, remains true to its line and is still in favor of the continuation of the combustion engine in cars – especially due to the fact that modern“climate fuels” recently introduced in Germany, such as HVO100 with a reduction in new CO2 emissions of up to 90% can be used in existing and future diesel vehicles.
