Breakthrough for eFuels: EU Parliament sets minimum quotas

Again, extremely pleasant news for all eFuels friends:
With an overwhelming majority, the EU Parliament ‘s Industry Committee yesterday approved compromise amendment 14!

Minimum quotas for so-called renewable fuels of a non-biological (RFNBO) nature – i.e. hydrogen and derivatives – of 2.6% in 2028 and 5.7% in 2030 have been set.

According to the current fuel demand, this corresponds to a hydrogen and eFuel demand of 200 TWh or about 20 billion liters!!!
Means: Lots of security for investors and that nothing stands in the way of the market ramp-up of eFuels!!!
