Mazda becomes the first automaker to join the eFuel Alliance. Launched last summer by UNITI, the initiative aims to bring together organizations and interested parties that want to work together to promote e-fuels. From Mazda’s point of view, combining different powertrain technologies in transportation is the most effective way to reduce emissions. Mazda also plans to electrify its entire fleet by 2030 – either fully electric or with plug-in hybrid drive.
