It is a very important step in terms of further infrastructure development for hydrogen, eFuels(synthetic fuels) and other climate fuels in Germany:
In doing so, the eFuel GmbH within the framework of the so-called “Hamburg Blue Hub” with the Evos Hamburg GmbH and the Lother group and thus intends to help ensure that hydrogen, hydrogen derivatives such as eFuels, eMethanol, and biofuels and combustibles from residual and waste materials are stored in a climate-friendly manner on the Evos Hamburg site and put to use throughout Germany from 2026 onwards.
The project details of “Hamburg Blue Hub” were presented at an information event on the premises of Evos Hamburg.
