Are electric cars<\/span> really failing the reality check?<\/p>\n

The Hessian Transport Minister<\/span> Kaweh Mansoori apparently sees it exactly the same way and, according to the FAZ<\/span>, is reorganizing or converting “the vehicle fleet of his house” – from electric cars to hybrid cars<\/span>!!!

And this despite the fact that his party – the SPD<\/span> – just like the Greens<\/span>, is loudly calling for the end of combustion engines<\/span> in cars in the European election campaign<\/span> and wants to focus solely on electric cars!<\/p>\n

The reasons for his actions were the limited range of e-cars<\/span> and their unreasonably long charging times!<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, the SPD and the Greens are unlikely to have a change of heart in this respect by June 9 – even though significantly CO2-reduced<\/span>“climate fuels<\/span>” have been available at German filling stations<\/span> since mid-April (
\n HVO100<\/span>
\n<\/a>), with which every existing car could simply be “refueled”.<\/p>\n
