They need to rethink their strategy. &#8220;Electric only&#8221; must no longer be the only way forward. According to Dudenh\u00f6ffer, new investments in the combustion engine are necessary and losses in the electric car business are inevitable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">And further:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>The mantra of German car manufacturers was that there was no alternative to electromobility. At least for most people, as electric cars have been generously subsidized.
