The European Commission is currently reviewing the rules governing the expansion of charging infrastructure and refueling infrastructure for alternative fuels in Europe.<\/p>\n

UNITI<\/a> naturally supports the goal of an efficient, user-friendly, and Europe-wide compatible infrastructure. At the same time, however, the association is also calling for targeted revisions regarding practicality and fair competition in the area of alternative fuels. <\/p>\n

UNITI considers the following points to be particularly important:<\/em>
\n1. Expansion targets that align with actual demand as well as grid and land availability
\n2. Economically and technically feasible targets
\n3. Reasonable transition periods and technology-neutral solutions<\/p>\n
