(MEW)<\/a> and its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tanklagerverband.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sub-associations Unabh\u00e4ngiger Tanklagerverband e.V. (UTV)<\/a> and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afm-verband.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> afm+e Allianz f\u00fcr Mobilit\u00e4t und Energie e.V.<\/a> clearly shows that HVO100 is suitable for most existing tank farms and systems. Important:<br \/>\nThe study was able to prove that HVO100 has a high level of material compatibility: The feared corrosion of tank systems and pipelines by HVO100 could not be confirmed. Although the physico-chemical properties of HVO100 differ from those of conventional diesel, they have no negative effects on the operation of tank systems. <strong>CONCLUSION<\/strong>: Conversion to HVO100 therefore generally does not require any major technical adjustments. Permits for the use of HVO100 &#8211; especially in the area of boat and ship traffic &#8211; should then no longer be a problem for the respective water protection authorities!
