The plant, consisting of five units, was built in Hamburg, shipped to Brazil and installed on the campus of PUCRS IPR (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul) in Porto Alegre. Good to know:<br \/>\nAccording to many experts, this type of CO2 capture plant could make a substantial contribution to the decarbonization of transport with combustion vehicles in conjunction with eFuel production and with appropriate industrial scaling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><span class=\"html-span xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xat24cr xgzva0m xhhsvwb xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\">And also good to know (DACMA website):<br \/>\n<\/span>&#8220;A first small prototype with a capacity of 15 tons per year has been running smoothly around the clock at the customer&#8217;s site since 19 April 2024. With the commissioning of the new industrial DAC system, the order is now complete.
